At Shmooty, we put a lot of care and love into crafting our organic tallow cream/balm with locally sourced ingredients. As a small business, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned during shipment.
Replacement Policy:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken jar), we will gladly send you a replacement. To process this, we require that you provide us with photos of the damaged product along with the shipment box.

How to Request a Replacement:
- Email us at getshmooty@gmail.com with your name, order number, photos of the damaged item and the shipment box.
- We’ll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
No Refunds:
- Due to our small business nature, we are unable to offer refunds on any of our products. We appreciate your understanding and support.
